Windermere Rest Home is a welcoming and safe owner-operated rest home. It is Owned by Craig MacDonald and Deborah van Dorsten, Craig has 20 years of nursing experience, and remains passionate about delivering a first class health care service.
We also have high staff resident ratios, with 2 further registered nurses on site, providing 80 hours of nursing care. We also have a highly dedicated workforce whose skills and professionalism brings a security to our residents care needs.
We aim to provide individual quality care in a supportive and stimulating environment. With 21 rooms we are perfectly sized to make you feel right at home with professional care tailored to your individual needs.

Windermere is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the center of Cambridge. With Te Ko Utu Park and Lake just across the road the home is placed in a very attractive setting.
